Q: What are your office hours?
Clients may schedule appointments Tuesday through Thursday  8am to 3pm, Fridays 8am to 12pm.

Q: Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, we are accepting new clients.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
Ultimately, payment for services is the responsibility of the client, at time of service. Please contact your insurance company at the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your benefits. As a courtesy, we will submit insurance claim forms to the following insurance companies, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, United Healthcare, and Texas Medicaid, . Clients are responsible for all co-pays, co-insurances, and payments applied to deductibles, at time of service.

Q: How much does a counseling cost for those without insurance?

Q: Do you provide in-person or telehealth counseling?
We provide in-person and telehealth counseling. Telehealth counseling is conducted via a secure, hippa compliant,  easy-to-use teleheatlh platformIn-person sessions take place in the Garland office.

Q: How long are the counseling sessions?
Sessions range from 45 minutes to 1 hour. â€‹

Q: Do you provide medication?
Medication is prescribed by a board-certified doctor. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Q: Do you accept Employee Assistance Programs?
I accept Lyra EAP

Q: How many sessions would we need to save our marriage?
Every couple is different. Both clients must be willing to show up and do the work.

Q: Do I have to be in Texas to schedule a session?
Currently,  I am licensed in the states of Texas and California which allows me to provide therapy services to clients who reside in the states of Texas and California.

Q: How do I get started with counseling?                   
You must reside in the state of Texas or California and be at least 18 years of age. Complete the                                           be accepted as a client.  Next, complete the Electronic Intake Documentation,  you must provide a copy of the front and back of your insurance card, and place your credit card on file in our secured website. Once your eligibility with your insurance has been verified, you may request an appointment.

Q: Do I have to place my credit card on file? 
In order to schedule an appointment, your credit card must be on file in our secured website. Ultimately, payment for services is the responsibility of the client, at time of service. Please contact your insurance company at the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your benefits. As a courtesy, we will submit insurance claim forms to the following insurance companies, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, United Healthcare, Texas Medicaid, Superior, and Amerigroup. Clients are responsible for all co-pays, co-insurances, and payments applied to deductibles, at time of service. 
 
Q: Do you work with children?
I work with clients who are at least 12 years of age.

Q: Am I a client, if I have not completed the intake documents?
You are considered a client, when:
1. You have completed the Inquiry Form.
2. You have completed the Electronic Intake Documents and placed your credit card on file in our secure website.
3.  Your appointment request is accepted by our office staff.​
