Q: Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, we are accepting new clients for weekday sessions.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
Ultimately, payment for services is the responsibility of the client, at time of service. Please contact your insurance company at the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your benefits. We will submit insurance claim forms to the following insurance companies, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, United Healthcare, Texas Medicaid, Superior, and Amerigroup. Clients are responsible for all co-pays, co-insurances, and payments applied to deductibles, at time of service. 
Q: How much does counseling cost for those without insurance?
 Please call for information
Q: Do you provide in-person or telehealth counseling?
We provide in-person and telehealth counseling. Telehealth counseling is conducted via (Zoom), a secure and easy-to-use teleheatlh platformIn-person sessions take place in the Garland office. 
Q: How long are the counseling sessions?
Sessions range from 45 minutes to 1 hour. 
Q: What are your office hours?
Clients may schedule appointments Tuesday through Friday 9am to 3pm.
Q: Do you provide medication?
Medication is prescribed by a board-certified doctor. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Q: Do you accept Employee Assistance Programs?
I accept Optum, Lyra, ESI, Wellspring, and Empathia
Q: How many sessions would we need to save our marriage?
Every couple is different. Both clients must be willing to show up and do the work.
Q: Do I have to be in Texas to schedule a session?
At the moment, I am licensed in the state of Texas which allows me to provide therapy services to clients who reside in the state of Texas.
Q: How do I get started with counseling?                   
You must reside in the state of Texas and be at least 18 years of age. Complete the Contact Me information and be available for a free 10-minute video consultation. Next, complete the electronic intake documentation,  provide a copy of the front and back of your insurance card, and place your credit card on file in our secured website. Once your eligibility with your insurance has been verified, you may request an appointment.
Q: Do I have to place my credit card on file? 
In order to schedule an appointment, your credit card must be on file in our secured website. Ultimately, payment for services is the responsibility of the client, at time of service. Please contact your insurance company at the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your benefits. As a courtesy, we will submit insurance claim forms to the following insurance companies, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, United Healthcare, Texas Medicaid, Superior, and Amerigroup. Clients are responsible for all co-pays, co-insurances, and payments applied to deductibles, at time of service. 
 
Q: Do you work with children?
I work with clients who are at least 18 years of age. 
Q: Am I a client, if I have not completed the intake documents?
You are considered a client, when:
1. You have completed the Inquiry Form and/or a 10-minute Consultation.
2. You have completed the Electronic Intake Documents and placed your credit card on file in our secure website.
3. Office staff scheduled you an appointment or your appointment request was accepted by our office staff.
